Steven D. Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of Intellicheck Mobilisa, NYSE
Amex: IDN. He has more than 29 years of experience in project management, operations,
business development, and sales. Mr. Williams most recently served as the Chief
Operating Officer for Intellicheck Mobilisa, before assuming his position as CEO.
For the past 13 years he has worked in Washington, DC, as a Senior Vice President,
Vice President, Program Manager, Contracting Officer, Congressional Liaison and
Public Affairs Manager. In his current position, he oversees the operation of access
control systems at over 80 federal locations in United States and thousands of systems
issuing credit and loyalty cards at many of the nation’s leading companies, 7 of
the top 20 Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Williams has successfully managed teams of over 450 people, assets over $1 billion
and budgets over $100 million in diverse national and international environments.
He is extremely skilled in team building and personnel mentoring, with a strong
grasp of goals and objectives, complemented by extensive strategic planning and
management of critical projects.
Mr. Williams brings a successful track record in business development to Intellicheck
Mobilisa, having developed business opportunities leading to contracts with the
Department of Defense, the Joint Staff, and the Departments of the Army, Navy, Air
Force and Marines in his past positions. He has created sub-contracts with major
companies including Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, and SAIC, among others. He
has developed relationships with contracting officers technical representatives
(COTRs), facilitating the attainment of corporate revenue goals. Mr. Williams is
a Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) and participated in the Executive Management
Training Program at General Electric (GE).
Mr. Williams is a Doctoral candidate at the University of Maryland University College
and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Dakota,
a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from The George Washington University
in Washington, DC and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Methodist
College, graduating Magna cum Laude.
He serves on the Board of Directors for The Federation for Identity and Cross Credentialing
Systems (FiXs) and the Industry Advisory Board of the American Association of Motor
Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA).
